Explanation of Levels:

  • Beginner -- Class designed for those new to yoga. More experienced students can deepen their practice from the focus on basics and alignment.

  • Mixed -- Class designed for a variety of experience levels. The teacher will offer modifications based on student's needs.

  • Intermediate -- Class designed for students with some yoga experience. More challenged poses explored. We suggest that beginners attend a beginner or mixed level class.

Vinyasa style classes emphasize moving from one pose to the next in a smooth connected sequence synchronized with the breath.

Astanga classes follow a set series of poses created by
K. Pattabhi Jois, one of the founders of Modern Hatha Yoga.
