Class Level Descriptions

Level 1 classes are appropriate for beginners as well as practitioners of all levels.

Fundamental postures will be introduced with slower and

more detailed instructions in a supportive environment.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

Level 2 classes are for those with some yoga experience.

A wider variety of poses and their variations will be explored.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

Level 3 classes are appropriate for more experienced practitioners. 

This is a more challenging practice delving into arm balances,

inversions and backbends.

Yoga for Strength this 60 minute class focuses on building strength

and stamina through yoga poses. There will be particular emphasis on

core strength to support the yoga postures as

well as our postures in our daily activities.

It is open to all levels of practitioners.

We recommend that beginners attend level 1 classes initially.
